SHIPPING POLICY
SHPPING POLICY for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DELIVERY TERMS
- We accept the following modes of payment- All domestic cards are accepted – Debit/Credit Cards/Net Banking of all major banks. We also accept major international cards.
- You can Pay securely by Credit or Debit card or internet banking through our payment gateway PayUMoney.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY FACILITY CURRENTLY.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All Orders are shipped within 2 – 5 working days from date of payment.
- The orders shall be processed only after receiving the payment as per the payment method selected by you during checkout. In case if you face any difficulties during checkout kindly reach out to us at contactsaaramati@gmail.com
- Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on location and shall be added to the bill during checkout.
- We ship throughout India and all orders within India shall be placed and processed via the website.
- In case of International customers, the orders shall be processed via email Therefore for placing the orders Kindly reach out to us at contactsaaramati@gmail.com
- We ship on all weekdays, except Saturday- Sunday & Public holidays.
- To make sure the items reach you safely and swiftly, We undertake shipping via reputed courier services only.
- Once the product is dispatched, we will be intimating the tracking details along with the website to track the shipment within 24- 48 hours of dispatch.
- All orders are shipped to the address as updated by the customers during checkout, until there is change of address which needs to be communicated to us via email (contactsaaramati@gmail.com) within 12 hours of placing order; Once the orders are shipped we will not take responsibility in re routing the parcel to the changed location.
- Incase if the customer requires a shipping at a delayed date it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us via email (contactsaaramati@gmail.com) within 12 hours of placing order. Where the customer fails to inform us about the same, we will not take any responsibility for such parcels. ( This includes non availability of the receiver, address change etc)
SHPPING POLICY for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International shipping is done via 2 options and it is purely based on the cargo availability and at the discretion of the logistics provider aka international shipper/forwarding agent - 2 Options are as follows: DHL / Fedex - Direct Line or via the own cargo until Mumbai / Bangalore and reconnected via any of the available cargo lines until the destination country
- In cases of direct connection, the respective tracking numbers will be given at once and customers can track the package by themselves
- In cases of reconnection from the forwarding agent the package will be connected from India to the destination Country and will be reconnected to the local / regionally prominent courier services like UPS / Fedex / DHL / Aramex / City Link Express etc.
- In which case, there will be 2 tracking information provided: India to the destination country and the upon reconnection, the respective tracking information
- It is the responsibility of the customer to coordinate and receive the parcel at their end as we may not be able to help much in such situations since it is cross country.
- The connection and transit take about 12-15 days in total and hence no urgent shippings are being taken up by us.
- International shipping requires Extra packaging apart from our regular packaging using bubble wraps cartons and plastic boxes, which is as per International cargo standards hence scope of 170-300 grams must be given for the same based on the weight of the package, Hence in case of 0.5 KG parcels - the customers can effectively use up to 300-330 grams only; In case of 1 KG parcel - the customers will be able to use: 700-800 Grams only. Since it is a cargo requirement no deviations or adjustments can be made from our side. We would be clearly intimating to you how much of KG that would be while you place the orders along with the bill.
- There may be customs duties/clearing charges levied by the government of certain countries incase of incoming parcels (For eg: We had previous incidents of such customs charges for Europe, Canada etc) Such charges shall be borne by the customer as they are government or customs duties that required to be paid as per the laws of the destination country.
DELIVERY TERMS
- The delivery time ranges between 2 - 10 working days based on location. (Approximate Delivery Period based on our prior experiences shall be as follows:- Within Chennai: 1-2 working days, Within Tamilnadu: 3 to 4 working days, Southern India : 3 to 5 working days, Northern India (Metro Cities): 4 to 5 working days, Any other location Including far east and remote locations – 6-7 working days from the date of dispatch. However Delivery time is subjective to various external factors) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE TIMELINES ARE ONLY A GUIDANCE AND IS AN APPROXIMATE TIMELINE BASED OUT OF OUR PRIOR EXPERIENCES AND IS NOT A PRECISE REPRESENTATION/A DELIVERY TIMELINE CHART.
- In case of unexpected courier delays due to the delay from the courier services,we shall not be responsible for the same, However we will follow up to make sure the parcel reaches you.
- Please note that the regular or daily tracking of the parcel is the responsibility of the customer; We will be provide necessary guidance incase if any customer faces any difficulty in the same.
- Kindly inform us via email (contactsaaramati@gmail.com) if your package doesn't reach you within the specified time frame. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping details, we will not be responsible for any delays due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- We expect the customers to make sure there is someone at the receiving end to collect the parcel in order to avoid delay in the delivery of parcels.
- IMPROTANT NOTE: Under normal circumstances there will be no calls made by the delivery person if no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. Generally 3 attempts are made for delivery. Incase of non availability of the customer on all the 3 times, the package will be kept at the delivery hub for a few days. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the delivery hub and get the parcels delivered, Incase if no one has contacted them , the package shall be sent back to the address of origin. Such orders will be refunded once the parcel is received at our end. New order has to be placed if you want the product again. Thus, make sure you provide us shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
- In case of parcel being returned due to non availability/non reachability of the customer, We charge the usual Shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases.
